Question 1

What is The Luxe Jewels?

Accepted Answer

The Luxe Jewels (also called Luxe Jewels) is an Indian online jewellery brand based around Noida and Delhi NCR. We sell anti-tarnish 18k gold plated fashion jewellery for everyday wear — earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and rings — with Buy 2 Get 1 Free and pan-India shipping. Pieces are fashion jewellery, not solid or hallmarked gold.

Question 2

What is anti-tarnish jewellery, and is it good for daily wear in India?

Accepted Answer

Anti-tarnish jewellery is finished to slow dulling from humidity and everyday wear. The Luxe Jewels pieces use 18k gold plating over a metal base. Put them on after perfume, wipe them with a dry cloth, and store them in a pouch.

Question 3

How do I keep the colour from dulling?

Accepted Answer

Put jewellery on after perfume. Wipe it with a dry cloth after wearing, and store it in a pouch away from bathroom steam. The anti-tarnish finish slows dulling. It is fashion jewellery, and there is no published guarantee period.

Question 4

How does Buy 2 Get 1 Free work?

Accepted Answer

Buy any 2 paid pieces and we add a gift piece on us. It is an extra piece from the shop, not one of the two you picked. Every extra 2 paid pieces adds another gift.

Question 5

What does shipping and delivery cost?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Shipping and delivery is a flat ₹50 on every order. Orders are typically processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in about 3–7 business days, depending on your city. Serving Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad & Delhi NCR — shipping pan-India.

Question 6

Do you accept cash on delivery (COD)?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cash on delivery needs your name, mobile number, and address. Pay the courier when the parcel arrives. Sign in only if you want to pay online with UPI or a card.

Question 7

What is your return and exchange policy?

Accepted Answer

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Start a return from your order details or message support. Once we receive and inspect the piece, prepaid refunds usually take 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Cash on delivery refunds are arranged with support.

Question 8

Is your jewellery hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin?

Accepted Answer

We do not claim a hypoallergenic or nickel-free certification. Each product page lists the base metal, usually brass, plus the plating. If you have a metal allergy, check that line before you order and start with a short wear.

Question 9

How should I care for 18k gold plated jewellery?

Accepted Answer

Store pieces dry in a pouch or box when not wearing them. Wipe with a soft cloth after long days. Avoid perfume, hairspray, and harsh cleaners sprayed directly onto the metal. Gentle care keeps the plating bright longer.

Question 10

How long does delivery take to Noida, Delhi NCR, and other cities?

Most Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, and Delhi NCR orders arrive within a few business days after dispatch. Across India, expect roughly 3–7 business days once shipped. You will receive tracking by email or SMS after dispatch.

Accepted Answer

If your order has not been processed or packed yet, message us on WhatsApp or email supporttheluxejewels@gmail.com with your order ID. Once an order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible — you can use our 10-day return window after delivery if needed.

Question 12

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

After your order ships, we send a tracking link by email or SMS. You can also check status from your account profile. If tracking has not updated for 48 hours after the ship notice, contact support with your order ID.
